Title:
COAL-FIRED BOILER WITH COAL-GASIFIED FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP62196509
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To supply inexpensively coal-gasified gas and obtain a coal-fired boiler equipment with a gasified furnace and a boiler which are started and stopped efficiently in a short time by installing a refining unit for coal-gasified gas, a storage tank, its supply means, and a purging means supplying fuel exhaust gas from the boiler into the gasified furnace.

CONSTITUTION: After produced gas is dusted off and desulfurized by a gas refining unit 60, it flows into a tank 70a. A boiler exhaust gas line 18 is connected to a coal-gasified furnace 50 to be able to purge by supplying boiler exhaust gas into the furnace at the stop time of a gasification line. Further, a line 13 is connected to the furnace 50 to utilize gas from the tank 70 as start-up fuel for the furnace 50. When gas is accumulated in the tank 70a, coal-gasified gas only is supplied and burnt until the temp. of air supplied to a crusher 30a reaches about 250°C and after that, when the crusher 30a is able to be operated, coal-gasified gas is used as auxiliary fuel. Therefore, unburnt chart is not scattered and a start-up time is substantially shortened.
