Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of pipes on the start-up of the coal- gasification device to enhance its reliability and profitability. SOLUTION: A purge gas line 26 is connected to the upstream of a valve 24 disposed in an inward produced gas line connected to a dust-removing device 30, and a pipe-heating heater 90 for heating the pipe is further disposed. A combustion gas line 71 reaching an incinerator 70 is connected to the upper stream of a produced gas line 22, and a purge gas line 73 is connected to the upper stream of the valve 72 of the combustion gas line 71 through a gas-heating heater 93. A combustion gas line 48 reaching the incinerator 70 is connected to the upper side of the produced gas line 41, and a purge gas line 47 is connected to the upper stream of the valve 46 of the combustion gas line 48.
