PURPOSE: To accomplish a work of putting out coal safely and quickly by providing a chain conveyer with a scraper capable of elevating and rotating in a coal center and a put-out conveyer in the interior of a retaining wall of the coal center.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 1a is longitudinally formed on the inside of one retaining wall 1, and is provided with a put-out conveyer 2 disposed therein. A moving beam moves parallel on the top end surfaces of both retaining walls, and a truck 9 can run on the beam 6. A frame 12 is fixed to a swirl board 10 mounted on the truck 9, and a conveyer 15 with a scraper is laid on an elevating side frame 13 pivoted on the frame 12, thereby to shovel coal C through a cutter 15a and transport same to a pivoting portion 12a. The coal is dropped on a conveyer 16 disposed along the side of the beam 6 to be carried to the end portion of the beam 6, and is passed through the put-out conveyer 2 to be put-out to the end portion of the retaining wall 1.
