Abstract:
To prevent part of coal in a coal storage from being immersed in water even in the case of heavy rain.
A coal storage 26 is parted by a partitioning wall 43, and water is forcedly discharged from a coal storage part 33 parted by the partitioning wall 43 using a pump 44 to other coal storage parts 29-32, thereby only a pile of coal 38 parted by the partitioning wall 43 can be prevented from being immersed in water even in the case of heavy rain.
