PURPOSE: To improve safety and workability by deflecting a jet of compressed air fed from an jetting aperture to the side of a discharge vent by the Coanda effect on the Coanda surface, whereby a washing liquid is sucked out from a washing liquid- supplying duct, atomized and then discharged from the discharge vent.
CONSTITUTION: In the peripheral direction of a passageway 10 having an intake vent 11 and a discharge vent 12, an jetting aperture 20 which is capable of jetting compressed air supplied from the outside into the passageway 10 in the inward radial direction. A Coanda surface 30 is provided which extends from the inner wall surface of the injecting aperture 20 continuously to the inner wall surface of the discharge vent 12 in the passageway 10 and which is smoothly rounded with an arc-shaped cross section. Further, a washing liquid-supplying duct 50 is provided, with its nozzle positioned at around the center of the part of the passageway 10, which part is surrounded by the surface 30, said nozzle being able to supply a washing liquid to the passageway 10. Then, a jet of the compressed air fed from the jetting aperture 20 is deflected to the side of the discharge vent 12 by the Coanda effect of the surface 30, thereby to form, in the passageway 10, a flow from the intake vent to the discharge vent. By the action of this flow, a washing liquid is sucked out from the duct 50, atomized and then discharged from the discharge vent.
