PURPOSE: A titled device which is so constituted as to fill coat into the space facing the mold surface through gravity flowing and which permit coating treatment of the coat efficiently with good workability without causing unevenness.
CONSTITUTION: A space A for filling coat is formed between a flask body 1 formed with a recess 1k becoming deeper on the central side at its top surface and a mold 3. The extraction flow passage (a) of an agitating tank 9 and the flask body 1 is connected to a recovering flow passage 11 interposed with an on-off valve 10, and the tank 9 and storage tank 6 are connected to a supply flow passage 13 provided with a lifting device 12. With said constitution, the coat supplied 5 through gravity flowing into the space A from the tank 6 via the on-off valve 7 is recovered into the tank 9 and the recovered coat and replenishing coat are agitated and are lifted and fed 13 into the tank 6. In this case, the controlling of the gravity flow velocity of the filling of the coat into the space A and the filling osmotic pressure into the mold 3 is accomplished by setting of the opening of the valve 7; moreover, the percoration depth of the coat into the mold 3 is controlled by the opening setting of the valve 10.
