Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve polishing performance by bridge-bonding an adhesive and a filler with a coupling agent.
CONSTITUTION: An effective quantity of a coupling agent for bridge-bonding an adhesive and a filler is added to a bonding system of an inorganic filler and an organic resin to obtain a desired coated abrasive article. The coupling agent is selected from a group including silane, titanate, zircoaluminate coupling agent and their mixture.
