Abstract:
To provide a coated aluminum-alloy plate for can tops, which, when coated with an inner-wax containing coating, is prevented from falling off of the coating and has an excellent moldability.
The coated aluminum-alloy plate for can tops consists of a base plate comprising an aluminum-alloy plate and a pre-coated layer, formed on one side face or both side faces of the base plate, which comprises a water-based coating or a solvent-based coating. The pre-coated layer contains 0.1-10 pts. wt. inner-wax per one side face, based on 100 pts. wt. solid content of the coating. Furthermore, the surface of the layer is coated with 5-70 mg/m2 outer-wax. The mixing ratio of the inner-wax to the outer-wax is preferably <30%.
