Resin coating films with the amount of coating film being 0.5-20 g/m2 are formed on both faces of an aluminum alloy plate, and the resin coating film on one face contains wax consisting of 0.05-4.95 mass% of polyethylene wax, 0.05-2.5 mass% of carnauba wax and 0-4.9 mass% of other wax, with the weight ratio of carnauba-wax/polyethylene-wax being 1 or less, while the resin coating film on the other face contains wax consisting of 0.05-1.0 mass% of carnauba wax and 0-0.95 mass% of other wax, with the total quantity of carnauba wax on both faces being 0.1-2.0 mass%.
