Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a coated fabric having excellent water vapor permeability and waterproofness, comprising a coating resin layer having excellent wear resistance and peeling resistance.

CONSTITUTION: Fabric is coated with a solution of a synthetic polymer consisting essentially of a polyamino acid urethane resin containing ≥1% inorganic fine powder having ≤1μm average particle diameter and ≥200 milliliter/100g adsorption amount of N,N-dimethylformamide by a wet type coating method to form a resin layer having high water vapor permeability and high waterproofness.
