Abstract:
To provide a coated film formation type aerosol cleaning agent capable of conducting a cleaning treatment without deteriorating material quality for a surface to be cleaned such as plastic, and capable of providing excellent cleaning effect even under low temperature environment, and a cleaning treatment method using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a coated film formation type aerosol cleaning agent consisting of a coated film forming agent for cleaning and a propellant, in which the coated film forming agent for cleaning contains (A) component: a polyvinyl acetal resin, (B) component: alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, (C) component: an organic solvent having solubility parameter (SP value) of 7.5 to 11.0, and (D) at least one kind of component selected from a group consisting of a phosphoric acid ester-based surfactant, silicone, and a fluorine-based surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
