Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular fertilizer which belongs to an elution control type, and from which a fertilizer is eluted so quickly without damaging a coating layer that the 80 wt.% or more of the fertilizer is eluted therefrom in an optional period (for example, 7-200 days) after fertilizer application.SOLUTION: The coated granular fertilizer is obtained by forming the coating layer 3 on the surface of the water-soluble granular fertilizer 1. The coating layer 3 contains water-soluble fine particles 4 and the center particle diameter of the water-soluble fine particles 4 is within three or more times of the average thickness of the coating layer 3.
