Abstract:

To provide: a coated member including a hard film excellent in Al, Zn, Fe erosion resistance, fusion resistance and galling damage resistance; a method for manufacturing the same; and a product using the coated member.SOLUTION: A coated member includes a hard film in the surface layer part of an alloy base material. The hard film includes at least one kind element of a first element group consisting of Nb and Mo and at least two kind elements of a second element group consisting of Ta, W, Ti, Hf and Zr; when setting the total elements of the first element group and the second element group to 100 atom%, the content of each element is 5-35 atom%; the crystal structure of the hard film is a face centered cubic structure; and when setting the total content of all elements in the hard film to 100 atom%, the total of O, N and C is 30 atom% or more and less than 50 atom%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
