To provide a coated steel plate showing excellent lubrication and abrasion resistance and capable of being made under a manufacturing condition of a normal coated steel plate.
A coated steel plate has a not less than 4 μm thick dry coating film formed on a steel plate on the surface of which is formed a chemical conversion treatment film or are formed a chemical conversion treatment film and a primer layer wherein the coating film contains (a) a fluorine resin particle having a melting point of not lower than 200°C and (b) a wax component having a melting point of 60 to 120°C and satisfies the following conditions: (1) thickness t (μm) of the dried coated film and an average particle diameter R (μm) of the fluorine resin particle satisfy the relation of t<R<100 μm and (2) a content of the compounded fluorine resin particle in a solid coating film component is 2 to 30 mass % and the content of the compounded wax component in a solid coating film component is 0.5 to 6 mass %.
