Abstract:
To provide a coated metal plate in which an organic resin-coated layer and a coating film show excellent adhesion even after the metal plate is stored under a predetermined environment for a long period of time.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a coated metal plate in which, at least on one surface of a metal plate, a coated film is formed which comprises a base resin, a resol-type phenol resin and/or amino resin as a curing agent, and a sulfonic acid-based compound and/or a phosphoric acid-based compound as an acid catalyst, wherein, after subjecting the coated metal plate to a retort treatment at 125°C for 30 min, an atomic percentage in a coated surface of S element and/or P element, measured by XPS survey for the coated surface, is 1.0 atomic% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
