To improve abrasion resistance, weatherability, freeze-thawing resistance, and stain-resistance of a coated molded plate by a method wherein an inner layer coming in contact with a most outer layer is a cured material layer containing activation energy beam curing multifunctional compound, and the most outer layer comprises a layer of curing coated composition capable of forming silica.
A coating cured material layer of an inorganic material plate comprises two layers or more of an inner layer coming in contact with a most outer layer and the most outer layer. A coating composition coming in contact with the most outer layer contains a multifunctional compound having two or more activation energy beam curing polymeric functional groups. As the compound, for example a polyester of a polyhydric alcohol or the like and (meth)acrylic acid is exemplified, and especially, (meth)acryloyl group-containing compound having an urethane bond and (meth)acrylate ester compound having no urethane bond and especially preferable. As the curable coating composition capable of forming silica in the most outer layer, there are tetrafunctional hydrolyzable silane compound, hydrolytic condensate thereof, polysilazane, or the like.
