To provide a coated optical fiber tape having a sufficiently high property of preventing peeling between an overall coating layer and each colored layer and sufficiently high removability of the overall coating layer and capable of preventing the remaining of the coating layer on each optical fiber when the coating layer is removed even after immersion in jelly for an optical cable over a long period of time and to provide a method for producing the coated optical fiber tape.
The method for producing the coated optical fiber tape 8 includes a step for obtaining a colored coated optical fiber 1 by applying and curing a first curable resin composition containing a colorant on the periphery of an optical fiber 5 and a step for forming an overall coating layer 7 by aligning plural such colored coated optical fibers 1, applying and curing a second curable resin composition on the peripheries of the optical fibers 1. The difference in dissolution parameter between a cured body obtained from the first curable resin composition and that obtained from the second curable resin composition is ≤3.5.
