Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a solid pharmaceutical preparation for internal use, capable of effectively masking taste or odor of a medicinally active substance and thereby readily administrable and excellent in releasability of the medicinally active substance and the pharmaceutical stability.
CONSTITUTION: This coated pharmaceutical preparation is characterized by forming a coating layer composed of an aminoalkyl methacrylate and copolymer RS on the surface of an inner core containing a medicinally active substance and further forming a coating layer composed only of a hydrophobic substance and a water-insoluble inorganic substance on the outer layer of the coating layer.
