A primary coating film layer applied on the surface of the MDF substrate is formed from an ultraviolet curable coating resin added with a colored pigment in an amount not to affect photo-curing and a curing agent having a curing function. As the colored pigment, titanium oxide and carbon black are used, and 3-0.5 pts. of them are added per 100 pts. of a coating resin. A curing agent having an isocyanate group is used as the curing agent.
