Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain polyester yarn cloth having suppressed dye migration and improved stain resistance by previously attaching silicon dioxide having specific particle diameter and fine pores to the surface of polyester yarn and coating or coating the polyester yarn with a resin solution containing the silicon dioxide.
CONSTITUTION: Fine particles of silicon dioxide having ≥200m2/g surface area and ≤150 pore diameter of very fine pore is previously attached to the surface of fiber of polyester yarn cloth and the polyester yarn cloth is coated or the polyester yarn cloth is coated with a resin solution containing the fine particles of silicon dioxide.
