Abstract:

To provide a coated sheeting for heat insulation and heat shielding obtained by controlling heat conduction to a coated material and a whitening phenomenon, and shows the effect that a simultaneous two-step operation, that is, ground pretreatment using a base material and face-coating using a heat reflective coating material is performed only by an attaching process.

This coated sheeting has a composite layer comprising a soft sheet layer which controls the whitening phenomenon and a coating film layer of a heat reflective coating material which is applied to the surface of the soft sheet layer and dried. The soft sheet layer is formed of a composition containing 100 pts.wt. of a base material consisting of 50 to 93 pts.wt. of potential hydraulic inorganic powder, 50 to 7 pts.wt. of hydraulic cement, 0.5 to 5.0 pts.wt. of a hydrated reaction retardant and 40 to 100 pts.wt. of an aqueous resin emulsion (a resin solid content).
