Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel material excellent in resistance to cathodic release and resistance to shock especially in high-temperature atmosphere.
SOLUTION: In the coated steel material, a chemically treated layer is provided on or above the surface of a steel material while a primer layer, a modified polyolefin layer, a polyolefin layer are laminated sequentially on the surface of the steel material. The primer layer is constituted of a thermoplastic resin, a vanadium compound or an inorganic oxidized acidic salt having alkaline neutralizing function.
