PURPOSE: To obtain a coated-surface treated metal plate having excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance and superior coating properties and spot weldability by coating the surface of the metal plate with a water- dispersing resin and drying the resin and forming a resin film.
CONSTITUTION: A resin is acquired by emulsifying and polymerizing an α,β-ethylene unsaturated monomer so that a resin acid value reaches 0-9 by using a radical polymerizable anionic or nonionic reactive emulsifier at 0.5-5wt.% per a resin solid matter. A film is shaped by using a coating composition, in which 0.1-2 pts.wt. sexivalent chromium, a 0.5-5 pts.wt. wax solid matter and a 5-50 pts.wt. hydrophilic solvent are blended to a 100 pts.wt. acrylic emulsion polymer solid matter and a liquid is adjusted at pH=6-8. It is desirable that the quantity of the resin dried film is 0.5-5g/m2 on one surface in consideration of the security of lubricating properties, the prevention of a squeaking phenomenon due to the excess adhesion of mutual films, chemical-resistant performance, etc.
