The coated woven fabric for airbags which is constituted by synthetic fiber multi-filament yarns having a single fiber fineness of 1 to 3 dtex and a total fineness of 200 to 700 dtex, includes an amount of the resin for covering the woven fabric of not more than 50 g/m2, and an air permeability at 19.6 KPa of not more than 5×10-2 L/cm2/min.
