Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the automated application of coating flour to the ingredients for TEMPURA uniformly in one operation whereby the operation steps are reduced to reduce the costs.
CONSTITUTION: Pounding tank 1 including flour is equipped with a couple of rollers 2a, 2b which rotate around their horizontal axes in the directions opposite to each other at a close distance, and with a pair of endless conveyers 4a, 4b which run around along with the outer peripheries of the rollers 2a, 2b, respectively, to stir up the flour.
