Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by enabling the continuous working without causing the coating ununiformity at the time of performing the finish coating of a wood made worked part or the like.
SOLUTION: A roller supporting part 2 constituted of a 1st pipe part 21 and a 2nd pipe part 22 is provided successively on a cap 1a of a vessel main body 1, in which a coating solvent flows. A rotary part 3 is held freely turnably on the 2nd pipe part 22 and a roller made from a coating solvent absorbable felt is held around the rotary part 3. The coating solvent in the vessel main body 1 is supplied to the roller 4 through the 1st pipe part 21, the 2nd pipe part 22, a solvent supply hole and a solvent transfer hole. The coating solvent is blotted to the surface of the roller 4 by the capillary phenomenon of the roller 4. The roller 4 is rolled while coming in contact with a part to be coated. The coating solvent is supplied one after another from the solvent supply hole to the solvent transfer hole to adjust the supply quantity.
