To provide an easily detachable and sanitary coated item having a coated layer containing a particle such as a lubricant and an elastomer component which are hardly abraded during detaching and mounting the coated item and to provide a coating agent composition which forms the coated layer.

A coating agent composition contains a latex and a particle, the latex being composed of a dispersed polymer having a glass transition temperature of -50 to +50°C which is stabilized by a water-soluble neutral resin having an acid value of 50 to 300. A coated item is obtained by coating a dip formed item with the dipping solution containing the coating agent composition.
