Abstract:

To provide a coating agent composition capable of reducing environmental load and working labor of a floor surface-maintaining and controlling work and forming a floor surface film excellent in also beautiful appearance, and a method for maintaining and controlling the floor surface.

This method for maintaining and controlling the floor surface is provided by forming a coating agent film on the floor surface with a specific coating agent composition, and in accordance with the abrasion and soil of the coating agent film, while removing the soil of the coating agent film by rubbing with a mop impregnated with the coating agent composition capable of forming the film, and at the same time supplying the new coating agent composition to the coating agent film so as to regenerate the coating agent film.
