PURPOSE: To obtain a coating agent for transparent top layer on a multiplayer coating.
CONSTITUTION: This coating agent contains a mixture of (A) 40 to 60 (wt.)%, of a (meth)acryl copolymer obtained by copolymerization of 50 to 70% of an acryl ester containing a hydroxylalkyl ester in the amount which makes the hydroxy value of the mixture 40 to 70 with 30 to 50% of methacrylic ester containing a hydroxyalkyl ester in the amount which makes the hydroxy value of the mixture 180 to 450 with (B) 60 to 40% of a (meth)acryl copolymer obtained by copolimerization of 27 to 40% of an alkyl acrylate, 49 to 55% of a methacrylic ester containing a hydroxyalkyl ester in the amount which makes hydroxy value of the mixture 240 to 300, 1 to 3% of acrylic acid and 10 to 14% of a vinyl aliphaic saturated monocarboxylate in which the carboxylic group is bonded to tertiary carbon atom, and a polyisocyanate.
