The coating agent comprises a vinyl acetate copolymer-based resin emulsion obtained by copolymerizing vinyl acetate with a monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl acetate, and using a vinyl alcohol-based polymer having ≥1.7 mol.% of 1, 2-glycol bond, as a protective colloid.
