To provide a surface treating agent for a vulcanized rubber, which satisfies performances such as fixation prevention, adhesion prevention, blocking prevention, the improvement in abrasion resistance required for a coating agent for a rubber-like elastomer and does not cause the peeling of a coating film by the adhesion during high-temperature compression and friction and abrasion under high face pressure.

The coating agent comprises a cellulose derivative, an isocyanate group-containing 1,2-polybutadiene, a synthetic wax having a softening point of 100-150C, a fatty acid amide having a softening point of 60-170C and graphite.
