Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the case where grease is applied by a conventional coating method, when a seal or a shield plate is press-fitted, grease is crushed by the seal or the shield plate, to thereby bring the grease into contact with a ball or a retainer, and to increase a rotational torque of a bearing up to a tolerance or higher.SOLUTION: In a coating apparatus including a workpiece placed on a work table, and a syringe having a hollow needle on one end and filled with highly viscous fluid, a prescribed portion of the workpiece is coated by discharging the highly viscous fluid through the needle. In the coating apparatus of the highly viscous fluid, the needle has a recessed cross-sectional shape on a plane orthogonal to a longer direction on a tip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
