Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of mismolding when the tip of a fine wire is formed into a looped state to provide a coating tool and more enhance the reliability.
SOLUTION: The coating apparatus is prepared as follows. The fine wire 23 inserted from an opening 41 of a heating furnace 40 into a charging hole 42 by a length of a part requiring the heat treatment shrinks from the tip by receiving the first heat treatment as shown in (a). Thereby, the fine wire 23 is formed into the shape 43 of a mushroom as shown in (b). A nearly spherical shape 46 having the rough surface in a state of containing bubbles opened to the surface is provided by receiving the second heat treatment as shown in (c). The part of the nearly spherical part 46 is inserted and the bubbles opened to the surface are sealed by receiving the third heat treatment as shown in (d) of the same figure. Thereby, a smooth matchsticklike nearly spherical shape 47 is obtained.
