Abstract:
To provide a coating composition capable of forming a coated film having good corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity at one time coating process, an aluminum coated material using the same, a fin material for heat exchanger using the same, and a heat exchanger using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating composition containing an urethane resin as a corrosion resistant resin component, polyvinyl pyrrolidone as a first hydrophilic resin component, polyvinyl alcohol as a second hydrophilic resin component, a melamine resin as a crosslinking agent component, polyoxyalkylene glycol as a lubricant resin component at a prescribed ratio. There is provided an aluminum coated material 1 by laminating an aluminum material 2, a chemical coated film 3, and a resin coated film 4 by baking the coating composition in this order. There is provided a fin material for heat exchanger consisting of the aluminum coating material 1. There is provided a heat exchanger with a fin consisting of the fin material for heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
