Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition and a coating article capable of forming a coating film excellent in adhesive property to plastic substrates such as polyolefin and water resistance without chlorinated polyolefin.SOLUTION: A coating composition contains a polymer block (A) containing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a1) unit having an epoxy group and another polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a2) unit with a mass ratio of 5/95 to 100/0 and a polymer block (B) containing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a3) unit having at least one kind of functional group selected from a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group and an amino group and another polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a4) unit with the mass ratio of 3/97 to 50/50, and a block copolymer (I) having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 500,000, a specific polyester resin (II), and a polyisocyanate compound (III) which may be blocked.
