Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a coating compsn., which has excellent abrasion resistance and processability and, when molded, causes no significant abrasion of a tool, and a metallic sheet coated with the coating composition.

CONSTITUTION: The coating compsn. comprising 1 to 30wt.%, based on the total solid content of the coating, fine powder of carbon composed mainly of a carbonaceous material having an optical anisotropic structure and 3 to 30wt.%, based on the total solid content of the coating, fine particles of an acrylic resin, the total content of both the components being not more than 50wt.%. A coated metallic sheet is also provided which comprises a metallic sheet having at least one surface coated with the coating compsn.
