This coating composition for colored concrete comprises a binder, a coloring agent and a liquid medium, wherein the binder is stable in an acidic atmosphere and/or a neutral atmosphere but can easily be dissolved in an alkaline atmosphere, and is used for preliminarily forming a colored coating film layer on the surface of a mold frame and subsequently applying concrete colored in the same color as that of the colored coating film layer to produce the colored concrete structure. A mold frame material for molding the colored concrete is coated with the coating composition.
