PURPOSE: To provide the title composition which contains highmolecular-weight polyester resin solution, a specific composite powder, inorganic fibers and organic fibers, thus can be used as soundproofing walls or the like because of its high adhesion, sagging resistance and crack resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) high-molecular-weight polyester resin, (B) a composite powder which is prepared by coating lead or alumina powder of less than 100μm particle sizes with a synthetic resin membrane of, for example, polyamide, polyethylene, polyester, vinyl chloride or polypropylene resin, (C) inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and (D) organic fibers such as carbon fibers or polyamide fibers where the component C or D is added in an amount of 0.05 to 10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total weight of the solid part of component A and component B. The weight ratio of component B to component A is preferably 60/40 to 75/25.
