Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for a coating material for a capacitor case that gives a coating film having good coating appearance, good in deep drawing moldability capable of being molded into a capacitor case and insulation property after molded as a capacitor case, excellent in film adhesion, resistance to high-temperature water, resistance to cleaning fluid, secondary adhesion, corrosion resistance, printability and blocking resistance and further excellent in cost, safety and environment and to provide an aluminum coating material for a capacitor case having the coating film.SOLUTION: The coating composition for a coating material for a capacitor case contains a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, a resin having a polyether skeleton, a resin having an alkylene chain, a polyacrylate and a solvent. The aluminum coating material for a capacitor case includes an aluminum substrate, a chemical film formed on at least one surface of the aluminum substrate and a coating film formed on the chemical film.
