In the coating composition having a viscosity of ≤30 mPa s and surface tension of 21-34 mN/m, a pigment dispersion contains a PC group-containing polyurethane resin and has a d50 of 30-300 nm; an acrylic dispersion or emulsion having a d50 of 30-130 nm is contained as a resin component; the solid content of the resin component is 1-20 wt.% in the coating composition; the content of an organic solvent is 5-40 wt.% in the coating composition; and one or more compounds represented by the formula (1): R1O-(CH2-CH(R2)-O)n-H, one or more heterocyclic compounds or both of the compounds are contained as the organic solvent. In the formula (1), R1 is 1-6C alkyl, phenyl or benzyl; R2 is H or CH3; and n is an integer of 1-3.
