PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having excellent antiseptic and waterproofing property, adhesivity, flexibility and self-curability, by adding specific amounts of bituminous substance, wax and petrolatum as the solid components of the paint.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is prepared by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of a solid component composed of (i) 15W93pts.wt. of a bituminous substance (e.g. asphalt, gilsonite, etc.), (ii) 2W80pts.wt. of wax (e.g. n-paraffin hydrocarbon wax) and (iii) 5W40pts.wt. of a petrolatum (e.g. unrefined petrolatum, oxidized petrolatum, etc.) with (B) the medium of the paint (e.g. hydrocarbon solvent), and if necessary, adding a coloring pigment, an extender pigment, a dispersing agnet, etc. to the mixture.
