To provide a coating composition containing inorganic fine particles and having high recoat adhesion.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a coating composition containing a hydroxyl group-containing resin, a curing agent, and inorganic fine particles. Applying and curing the coating composition forms a film, which has a surface free energy higher than that of the film formed by curing the coating composition, from which only the inorganic fine particles have been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
