CONSTITUTION: The title compsn. contains 5-100wt.% mixture which comprises 100 pts.wt. at least one compd. selected from the group consisting of a silanol compd. of the formula: R2nSi(OR1)4-n [wherein R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, vinyl, fluoropropyl, γ-glycidoxypropyl, or γ-(meth)acryloxypropyl; and n is 0 or 1] and its partial condensate and 2-3000 pts.wt. fine ceria particles.
