Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the corrosion resistance of connected parts by a method in which the tip ring of a stay rod is connected with the connecting hole of anchor through a support claw, and the whole of anchor is supported only by the support claw during a rust preventing coating period and the rest of coating is protected by another way. CONSTITUTION:A stay rod 7 is connected with an anchor body 1 by a connecting hole 6 with a support claw 10 on the body side and a tip ring 7a on the rod 7 side. During the rust preventing coating period, the rod 7 and the body 1 are connected only by the claw 10 by reversing the body 1 side in order to reduce pin holes in the coated face of the connecting hole 6, etc., as much as possible. The uncoated portion of the tip ring 7a is protected by a protective ring. The corrosion resistance of the connected part between the rod 7 and the anchor body 1 can thus be raised.
