Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device 1 of a functional flow material which can easily and quickly perform the insertion operation of a filling port 54 to a filling nozzle 34 so as to improve the coating efficiency.SOLUTION: Even if a filling port 54 is misaligned with a filling nozzle 34, when inserting the filling port 54 to the filling nozzle 34, the filling port 54 abuts against the inner peripheral wall of the filling nozzle 34. Therefore, a component force generated to a perpendicular direction to the insertion direction L of the filling port 54, and the filling nozzle 34 is slid in the shaft perpendicular direction N (a lateral direction W) perpendicular to the shaft direction of the filling nozzle 34, and core alignment of the filling port 54 with the filling nozzle 34 is automatically performed. As a result, insertion operation of the filling port 54 can be easily and quickly performed to the filling nozzle 34, contributing to improve the coating efficiency.
