PURPOSE: To form a coated film with a uniform width by moving a brush automatically to slide in contact with a part to be coated while regulating the side surface of the width direction at the tip of the brush contacting the part to be coated and supplying a fixed amt. of the paint.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe 2 for forcing a paint is inserted into a brushing means 1 from its back end to the inside, and the pipe is banded ane fixed. On one hand, the whole body of the brushing means is enclosed by a box-shaped vessel 3 leaving the tip 1a of the brush, and the side surface in the width direction of the tip 1a is regulated with regulating pieces 3a, 3a projecting from both side surfaces of the vessel 3. Paint is forced into the brushing means 1 through a forcing pipe 2 with a forcing pump 5 to fill in the brushing means 1 and to ooze out of the tip 1a. The tip 1a is moved by sliding in contact with the inside periphery of a window glass W. Thus, a coated film 7 having a uniform width is formed.
