Abstract:
PURPOSE: To always, efficiently manufacture recording mediums by changing the number of the substrates which can be coated at a time in one coating bath without the lowering of coating film precision even if the outer diameter of cylindrical substrates to be coated is changed.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical false bath 2 which has an inner diameter suitable for the outer diameter of a cylindrical substrate 6 to be coated and is detachable and also has a lot of through-holes, made in the wall, through which coating liquid can freely pass is arranged in a coating bath 1.
