Abstract:
To provide a coating device which can prevent adhesion of a coating liquid in a non-coated area.SOLUTION: A coating device for forming a coating film by coating a base material transported in a length direction with a coating liquid includes: a coating part which includes a discharge port for coating the transported base material with the coating liquid and a slit that is long in a width direction of the base material for supplying the coating liquid to the discharge port and coats the transported base material with the coating liquid from the discharge port; discharge port moving means for moving the discharge port in a transporting direction of the base material in coating with the coating liquid by the coating part; and a control part which controls movements of the discharge port by the discharge port moving means and adjusts a relative speed of the discharge port to the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
