Abstract:
The device (10) has a supply unit (30) with elastically deformable receiver sections (34) so that flow connection is provided between a cross sectional channel and sections in activation position of the application device. The flowable substance is discharged over the application device through manual compression of elastically deformable area of the receiver sections. The supply unit is moved controllably on a cylindrical tap (18).
