Abstract:
To provide a coating element which realizes a semiconductor light emitting element for guaranteeing a technically simple mass production with extremely sufficiently reproducible element characteristics by irradiating with a homogeneously mixed light.
The coating element is partly transparent for a beam having a first wavelength region. The semiconductor light emitting element contains at least one fluorescent substance for converting a beam originating from a first wavelength region so as to irradiate with the mixed beam including a beam of a first wavelength region and a beam of a second wavelength region, into the beam of the second wavelength region different from the first wavelength region.
